How long does it take to get my order?

Our products are in stock and ready to ship, we will ship your order within 24 hours. Courier delivery times will be approximately 3-7 business days (shipping time guarantee only valid in the US). 

 

How do you ship your product?

Our fulfillment team will ship our product. They are efficient and highly trained, so the product will be pack and ship professionally.

 

Can I change my order or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change your order or cancel your order. If the order is not being shipped, we can simply refund you. If the product is being shipped. We need to wait for the product arrived at your hand and send it back to us. Then we will refund you for the return.
